This job opportunity is offered by an independent franchisee who owns and operates a McDonald's restaurant. Unlike McDonald's USA, the franchisee is a completely separate company and employer and holds the license to use McDonald's logos and food products. The franchisee is solely responsible for all employment matters at the restaurant, including hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling. McDonald's USA has no control or involvement in any employment decisions or applications related to this position, making the franchisee your direct employer.

Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years of age
- Ability to work part-time or full-time based on availability
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Basic math and reading skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Good hygiene and personal presentation
- Legal authorization to work in the country

Job Duties
- Greeting customers with a smile and providing hospitality
- Taking accurate food orders
- Preparing McDonald's world famous food
- Keeping the restaurant clean, safe and looking fantastic
- Performing a number of different tasks every day
- Meeting sales and speed targets during your shift
- Partnering with other Crew and Managers to meet daily goals and have fun
