Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous customer service experience preferred
- strong communication skills
- ability to stand and move throughout shift
- able to lift at least 50 pounds
- knowledge of hotel emergency procedures
- basic cash handling capability
- ability to work overnight shifts
Job Qualifications

- ability to read, write, type and use hotel communication devices
- able to stand and move around for an entire shift
- able to lift at least 50 pounds
- previous security experience is a bonus but not required
Job Duties
- Perform security walks throughout the hotel property and grounds, both inside and outside
- know hotel emergency procedures and how to assist employees and guests when necessary
- maintain key control procedures
- ensure communication ability with the Front Desk is maintained at all times
- ensure logs are filled out with detail
- assist all guests with a warm, hospitable demeanor
- support the goals of the hotel through teamwork and collaboration with all departments
- assist with training, coaching and scheduling for the front office team
- ensure all guests are served promptly and courteously during all shifts
- apply problem solving skills to resolve guest issues to their satisfaction
- handle continuous requests in a fast paced environment by coordinating with other departments to ensure all guest requests are met
- ensure all front desk checklists and programs are followed and review daily work to confirm it is error-free
- follow proper cash handling procedures and be able to post and reconcile charges applied to guest receipts
- support the goals of the hotel through teamwork and collaboration with all departments
