This full-time position offers an annual salary range of $65,000 to $80,000, complemented by performance-based bonuses and additional regional pay differentials where applicable. The Store Manager acts as a key leader within the store, responsible for driving store operations to achieve financial goals and delivering an exceptional customer experience. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills to manage teams effectively by teaching, training, coaching, and providing feedback. The manager will be deeply involved in overseeing merchandising, inventory management, budgeting, forecasting, and operational processes that ensure seamless store performance.

In this role, the Store Manager will implement Walmart's One Best Way (OBW) service model, ensuring customer service standards are met and that all associates are aligned with company business initiatives and merchandising strategies. A critical part of the role involves resolving customer issues, leading community outreach programs, and driving initiatives that enhance the store's relationship with its customers and community.
