The Parking Spot is currently seeking a full-time Shuttle Driver with a Class B license and passenger endorsement to work overnight shifts. This role is critical for the seamless transportation of customers between airport terminals and The Parking Spot facilities. Shuttle Drivers are vital to the company’s operation, as they ensure customers receive excellent, safe, and courteous transport services. The position offers a competitive hourly wage of $18.87, with additional income opportunities through tipping—both cash and mobile—and regular bonuses. In this role, drivers must prioritize safety while transporting up to 15 passengers, take responsibility for pre-trip and post-trip inspections, and deliver outstanding customer service with a friendly demeanor. The ideal candidate will demonstrate knowledge of airport facilities and terminals to assist passengers effectively. This position also requires cooperation with other team members to maintain a high standard of service quality. Additional responsibilities may include cross-training for other frontline positions as directed by management. Job Requirements
- Class B license with passenger endorsement
- valid commercial driver’s license
- ability to work overnight shifts
- ability to pass required physical examination

- physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- ability to communicate effectively in English
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- high school education or equivalent
- previous driver and/or customer service experience preferred
- currently holds and is able to maintain a satisfactory driving record in accordance with the Employee Handbook
- currently holds a CDL and any applicable licenses or badges as required by governing authorities to operate a commercial vehicle
- must be willing to pass a physical as part of the selection process as required by airport, federal DOT and/or state regulations
- can read and speak the English language sufficiently to converse with the general public, to understand highway traffic signs and signals in the English language, to respond to official inquiries, and to make entries on reports and records in compliance with the DOT regulations that require these skills
- ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds to assist with luggage with or without an accommodation
Job Duties
- Safely transport up to 15 passengers to and from the airport terminal and TPS parking locations while adhering to all safe driving practices
- perform the appropriate pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- greet each customer with a smile, offering to assist with their luggage
- provide pleasant customer service
- demonstrate knowledge of the facility and airport terminals
- cooperate with all team members to provide the best possible service
- may cross-train for other frontline positions as directed by management
- comply with all applicable regulations and requirements governing operation of commercial vehicles
- perform additional duties as reasonably requested by Management
