Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, nursing, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in residential program operations, safety compliance, or overnight supervision
  • Experience with Power BI dashboards and incident/safety reporting workflows
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently during overnight hours
  • Valid driver's license
  • Willingness to travel
  • Dedicated, quiet, and secure home office with dependable internet connection
  • Background check and livescan clearance

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years experience in residential program operations, safety compliance, or overnight supervision
  • Experience with Power BI dashboards and safety reporting workflows
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to act decisively under pressure
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in safety contexts
  • Ability to work autonomously during overnight hours with minimal supervision
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel
  • Understanding of residential program operations, safety procedures, and regulatory requirements
  • Proficiency with RestAssured360, Terracom, Power BI, and incident reporting workflows
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement corrective actions
  • Capable of training, coaching, and providing guidance to staff
  • Ability to manage multiple programs statewide and coordinate with leadership

Job Duties

  • Actively monitor RestAssured360 dashboards and Power BI reporting tools overnight
  • Respond in real-time to missed scans and safety check issues using RestAssured360 and Terracom systems
  • Address safety concerns promptly, coordinating with site personnel and leadership
  • Escalate unresolved technical or safety issues to appropriate leadership
  • Participate in daily leadership handoffs by contributing to incident summaries and follow-ups
  • Set up scanning schedules, user accounts, and maintain system accuracy including NFC tags
  • Provide guidance and technical assistance to program supervisors on troubleshooting and system use
  • Coordinate with IT and project managers for onboarding and new site rollouts
  • Ensure completion and maintenance of Missed Scan Logs and Weekly Report Forms
  • Analyze scanning performance trends and develop improvement plans
  • Monitor compliance with scan accuracy and initiate performance management as needed
  • Occasionally travel to program sites for audits, staff support, and training initiatives
