The Receptionist position at Leisure Care plays a vital role in maintaining the welcoming and professional atmosphere of the community’s front desk. This role involves greeting visitors warmly, managing phone calls, and carrying out essential administrative functions that support the smooth operation of the community. Beyond just receptionist duties, the position includes maintaining important resident-related documentation such as emergency data summaries, phone logs, and sign-in/out logs, ensuring these records are updated and accurately maintained. Additionally, the Receptionist monitors the resident call box and office supplies, while also ensuring that the physical environment at the front desk and main entrance is clean and inviting.

The ideal candidate for this night-shift role, which runs Monday through Wednesday from 11pm to 7am, will have at least one year of customer service or front desk experience. Exceptional communication and organizational skills are essential, as well as the ability to multitask efficiently and use Microsoft Office proficiently. This position is integral to the community as it provides the first point of contact for visitors and supports critical administrative operations. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum one year of customer service or front desk experience
  • excellent communication skills
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
