Job Requirements
- No prior retail experience required
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds
- Ability to stand and walk 6-8 hours in an 8-hour workday
- Ability to perform hand use motions including single grasping, fine manipulation, pushing, and pulling
- Capability to perform bending, twisting, squatting, and reaching motions
- Ability to work in wet and dry conditions
- Exposure to FDA approved cleaning chemicals
- Exposure to temperatures up to 90 degrees Fahrenheit
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to use tools and equipment including knives, box cutters, electric pallet jacks, and other heavy machinery
- May require use of ladders

Job Duties
- Prepares products for display and sale including cutting fruits and vegetables
- Measures, mixes, and prepares raw materials according to defined specifications and recipes
- Forms food items into defined shapes and sizes
- Labels, dates, covers, and rotates prepared product
- Bakes, cooks, or otherwise prepares product to meet quality standards
- Ensures merchandising areas, walk-ins, freezers, and food preparation areas are clean and sanitary
- Maintains continuous cleaning of department and logs sweep activity
- Provides excellent customer service and models suggestive selling techniques
- Maximizes sales potential through proper prepping, storing, rotating, stocking, and merchandising
- Follows and complies with established procedures including health, sanitation, and safety
- Performs opening, mid, and closing duties as assigned
- Reports safety hazards and violations immediately
- Performs other duties as assigned by leadership
