This opportunity is for a part-time, non-management position during the overnight shift at the W Hollywood Condo Association. The hourly pay rate is $30.88, reflecting the premium standards synonymous with the W Hotels brand. The role centers on serving as a vital point of contact for Residence owners and their guests. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a variety of requests ranging from visitor information, special service arrangement such as transportation or reservations, to ensuring the security and satisfaction of residents through effective communication and coordination.
In this capacity, the service provider plays an essential role in upholding the highest standards of The Ritz-Carlton service excellence philosophy—a hallmark expected across all Marriott International properties. Tasks include greeting and assisting owners and guests with genuine appreciation, facilitating access control and security of residential areas, liaising efficiently with housekeeping, engineering, and bell services to resolve issues promptly, and assisting in scheduling logistics such as elevator use or valet services.
The role demands excellent communication skills, professionalism in appearance and demeanor, and a proactive approach to guest service. Attention to detail in documenting shift logs, managing calls and messages, and ensuring privacy and confidentiality of information are critical. Physical aspects of the job require standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods and the ability to handle objects weighing up to 10 pounds.

Job Duties
- Respond to residence owners and guests requests for visitor information and special arrangements
- Announce and permit access only to authorized visitors using the key track system
- Manage and process calls, messages, and requests, contacting appropriate departments as necessary
- Assist with owner reservation services and scheduling elevator move-in/out
- Support bell and valet services for vehicle requests
- Perform lobby ambassador tasks and maintain detailed shift logs and memo documentation
- Report incidents and unsafe conditions to management and adhere to safety protocols
