Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older
- Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners and other technology equipment as directed
- Work both independently and with a team
- Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot
- Attention to detail and follow multi-step processes
- Capable of remaining focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and accomplishing multiple tasks within established timeframes
- Ability to handle cash register operations accurately as needed
- Ability to climb up and down ladders
- Ability to scan, handle and move merchandise efficiently and safely including frequently lifting, carrying and moving merchandise up to 44 pounds
- Availability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends and holidays
- Capable of working in and exposure to varying temperatures, humidity and other elements
- Capable of remaining mobile for the duration of a scheduled shift

Job Duties
- Create an easy, inspiring and friendly guest experience by greeting guests at 10ft and 4ft, helping guests find what they need and resolving issues
- execute detailed, accurate and efficient sorting operations
- stock, organize and store reserve product and straighten merchandise on sales floor
- maintain product availability on the sales floor for general merchandise categories
- operate powered equipment as necessary while unloading freight or moving merchandise if certified
- process defective merchandise and handle environmentally sensitive items in compliance with laws and regulations
- work in a safe manner at all times and comply with safety policies, report hazards and correct where possible
