- Willingness to work in very damp locations
- Ability to use general cleaning chemicals and solutions
- Ability to provide on-call service to the university as needed

Job Duties
- Perform general housekeeping duties such as cleaning, mopping, and emptying trash cans
- Conduct floor maintenance including stripping, refinishing, waxing, and buffing floors using power machines
- Clean classrooms, kitchens, offices, corridors, stairways, recreational areas, fitness centers, pool areas, game rooms, lounges, and other university spaces
- Maintain cleanliness of washroom fixtures and surfaces
- Use wet and dry mops and floor machines to clean floors
- Provide on-call service for emergency and critical event cleaning needs
- Perform other related duties as assigned
