Candidates must also be able to operate manual transmission vehicles and perform skills such as parallel parking, emphasizing the importance of driving proficiency and attentiveness.

Working as a Guest Service Associate at Towne Park also offers employees access to a variety of benefits depending on job classification and tenure. Eligible associates may enroll in accident insurance, critical illness insurance, hospital indemnity coverage, telemedicine services, and a 401(k) retirement savings plan. While seasonal and temporary roles are excluded, regular employees gain access to meaningful health and financial benefits, reinforcing Towne Park’s commitment to employee well-being.
