Job Requirements

  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • frequent bending, reaching, twisting and mobility throughout shift
  • at least 2 years experience in hospitality with front desk experience
  • computer literate in MS Office programs
  • some experience with property management systems
  • ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Job Qualifications

  • At least 2 years experience in hospitality with front desk experience
  • prior supervisory experience preferred
  • previous night audit experience preferred
  • computer literate in MS Office programs

Job Duties

  • Act as manager on duty overnight, addressing guest concerns, employee issues, and operational challenges
  • supervise front desk agents and overnight staff to ensure compliance with company policies and service standards
  • provide guidance and support to associates handling complex or escalated situations
  • communicate shift activity, incidents, and follow-ups to the Front Office Manager
  • perform and oversee nightly audit functions, including reconciliation of charges, payments, and system postings
  • balance all accounts and investigate discrepancies, reporting concerns as needed
  • maintain full knowledge of front office systems, PMS, and standard operating procedures
  • coordinate with Housekeeping, Facilities, Security, and other departments to ensure smooth operation
  • log maintenance issues, guest incidents, and unusual occurrences
  • ensure proper follow-up
  • ensure adherence to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
