The role involves supervising front desk operations during overnight shifts and acting as the manager on duty. - at least 2 years experience in hospitality with front desk experience
- computer literate in MS Office programs

Job Duties
- Act as manager on duty overnight, addressing guest concerns, employee issues, and operational challenges
- supervise front desk agents and overnight staff to ensure compliance with company policies and service standards
- provide guidance and support to associates handling complex or escalated situations
- communicate shift activity, incidents, and follow-ups to the Front Office Manager
- perform and oversee nightly audit functions, including reconciliation of charges, payments, and system postings
- balance all accounts and investigate discrepancies, reporting concerns as needed
- maintain full knowledge of front office systems, PMS, and standard operating procedures
- coordinate with Housekeeping, Facilities, Security, and other departments to ensure smooth operation
- log maintenance issues, guest incidents, and unusual occurrences
- ensure proper follow-up
- ensure adherence to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
