Job Requirements
- At least 2 years experience in hospitality with front desk experience
- Prior supervisory experience preferred
- Previous night audit experience preferred
- Computer literate in MS Office programs
- Some experience with property management systems required
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Job Duties
- Act as Manager on Duty overnight, addressing guest concerns, employee issues, and operational challenges
- Supervise Front Desk Agents and overnight staff to ensure compliance with company policies and service standards
- Provide guidance and support to associates handling complex or escalated situations
- Communicate shift activity, incidents, and follow-ups to the Front Office Manager
- Perform and oversee nightly audit functions, including reconciliation of charges, payments, and system postings
- Balance all accounts and investigate discrepancies, reporting concerns as needed
- Maintain full knowledge of front office systems, PMS, and standard operating procedures
- Coordinate with Housekeeping, Facilities, Security, and other departments to ensure smooth operation
- Log maintenance issues, guest incidents, and unusual occurrences
- ensure proper follow-up
- Ensure adherence to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
