Job Description

Parking Management Company (PMC) is a nationally recognized leader specializing in hospitality-focused parking services. Headquartered in Nashville, Tennessee, PMC is committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences by providing valet and self-parking management, shuttle services, event parking, and porter/bell services across diverse industries such as hotels, resorts, healthcare facilities, and event venues. PMC prides itself on its guest-first mindset and dedication to excellence, serving as an extension of the hospitality experience by ensuring seamless, high-touch service to its partners and guests. The company fosters a culture of professionalism, safety, and customer satisfaction, making it a preferred service provider in the parking management sector. Employment with PMC can be full-time or part-time, with non-exempt status and an hourly base rate that varies depending on the market.

The role of Lot Auditor (also referred to as Lot Attendant) at PMC is integral in maintaining an organized, safe, and efficient parking environment for guests. The Lot Auditor facilitates traffic flow, assists customers with parking questions and payments, monitors the lot for security and compliance, and performs various administrative and maintenance duties to support daily operations. This position requires an individual who is friendly, detail-oriented, and comfortable working outdoors in changing weather conditions. Crucially, the Lot Auditor acts as the front line in creating a positive impression for guests, embodying PMC's hospitality values and ensuring each visitor's parking experience is smooth and hassle-free. Duties include issuing tickets, handling payments accurately, maintaining precise records, enforcing parking policies, and engaging with guests courteously. The role also involves using radios for team communication, regularly checking the lot for suspicious activity, and keeping the area clean and presentable. Flexibility in scheduling is required since shifts may include nights, weekends, and holidays. Physical demands such as standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds are part of the job, and employees must maintain a professional appearance and adhere to uniform standards. Overall, the Lot Auditor position is vital to PMC's operational success and commitment to providing superior service in a dynamic, customer-facing role.
