Job Duties

  • manage the front desk team including night audit responsibilities
  • supervise colleagues working overnight in Rooms and Food & Beverage departments
  • ensure safety and security protocols are followed during the overnight shift
  • respond to guest and colleague emergencies and complete incident reports
  • monitor the hotel for unusual activity or potential issues
  • support customer service and assist colleagues with guest incidents
  • manage crowds and other safety and security needs during the overnight shift
  • conduct staff training, development, coaching, counseling, and scheduling
  • perform other duties as assigned
