Job Requirements

  • Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to stand for long periods and walk moderate distances
  • Desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
  • Prior supervisory experience preferred
  • Experience in security or related fields preferred
  • Effective communication skills
  • Capability to complete incident reports accurately

Job Duties

  • Manage front desk team including night audit responsibilities
  • Supervise overnight colleagues in multiple departments
  • Ensure completion of all tasks efficiently and successfully
  • Respond to guest and colleague emergencies promptly
  • Complete detailed incident reports
  • Monitor hotel premises for unusual activities or safety concerns
  • Support customer service and manage crowd control during overnight shift
