Job Requirements
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand for long periods and walk moderate distances
- Desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
- Prior supervisory experience preferred
- Experience in security or related fields preferred

- Capability to complete incident reports accurately

Job Duties
- Manage front desk team including night audit responsibilities
- Supervise overnight colleagues in multiple departments
- Ensure completion of all tasks efficiently and successfully
- Respond to guest and colleague emergencies promptly
- Complete detailed incident reports
- Monitor hotel premises for unusual activities or safety concerns
- Support customer service and manage crowd control during overnight shift
