Previous experience as a front desk clerk in a hotel or resort setting preferred
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work overnight shifts
Professional appearance and demeanor
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to stand for extended periods
Reliable and responsible work ethic

Job Qualifications

Previous experience in a luxury resort preferred with experience as overnight host
Possess a professional presentation
Outstanding guest service skills
Sophisticated verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
Highly responsible and reliable
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Ability to stand for long periods of time

Job Duties

Manage the guest registration process
Communicate hotel services and promotions to guests
Assist with valet and bell requests
Answer overnight calls promptly and professionally
Respond to guest inquiries with accuracy and courtesy
Process various forms of payment
Engage in casual conversation to enhance guest experience
