Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
prior experience in hospitality preferred
flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
valid driver’s license with clean driving record
physical ability to handle luggage and perform mobile tasks throughout shift
strong communication skills
work authorization to legally work in the United States

Job Qualifications

Experience in luxury hotel or restaurant preferred
must be flexible with schedule including weekdays, weekends, and holidays
require reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English
clean driving record and valid driver’s license
ability to lift, carry luggage and pull luggage carts
ability to multitask in high volume and demanding environment
eligible to work in the United States

Job Duties

Greet all guests and deliver luggage to rooms during overnight hours
pick up luggage from rooms upon departure and move to storage or front drive
maintain proper records of deliveries and pickups
handle guest interactions with hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests and resolving complaints
assist Concierge and Front Desk with deliveries, tasks, and special requests
receive vehicles from guests and drive to hotel garage following traffic regulations and safety protocols
assess and note any damage to vehicles and properly document it
perform errands for guests and hotel that may include local travel off property
assist with preparation and delivery of In Room Dining and housekeeping items during overnight shift
comply with Four Seasons’ work rules and standards of conduct
work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors
