Wonder Valley Ranch Resort, one of the flagship properties under Western Camps, is seeking a dependable and service-driven Overnight Guest Services & Safety Manager (Manager on Duty) to oversee resort operations during overnight shifts. This full-time, overnight position is critical for maintaining the smooth, safe, and satisfying experience of guests during hours when other departments are inactive. Offering a competitive pay range of $22 to $25 per hour based on experience, the role requires a candidate who can work confidently and independently through the graveyard shift. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous management or supervisory experience in hospitality, resort, hotel, or wedding/event venues
- Strong customer service and conflict-resolution skills
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions during overnight hours
- Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills
- Comfortable with physical activity, including walking the property and light lifting
- Overnight shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Overtime may be required
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Serving as the on-site Manager on Duty during overnight shifts
- Handling after-hours guest check-in/check-out and reservations as needed
- Answering and routing incoming guest calls with professional phone etiquette
- Resolving guest concerns promptly and professionally
- Conducting routine property patrols to ensure safety and security
- Coordinating with security staff during events when applicable
- Overseeing overnight hotel and resort operations
- Completing meeting room and event setup transitions, including furniture movement
- Inspecting vacant rooms and facilities
- reporting maintenance or housekeeping issues
- Shutting down utilities in unused areas to support cost control efforts
- Balancing cash banks and handling register transactions
- Communicating overnight activity and key updates to incoming management and front desk teams
