Job Duties

  • Oversee night audit duties including checking and correcting guest ledgers
  • Ensure cash, check or credit card payments are collected
  • Perform front desk duties such as checking guests in and out
  • Collect payment and proper identification
  • Upsell and suggest room upgrades where possible
  • Answer guest questions and provide suggestions
  • Coordinate with engineer and security on duty to respond to guest requests and calls
  • Process forms of payment
  • Respond to guest inquiries
  • Demonstrate Hyatt’s values of empathy, integrity, respect, inclusion, experimentation, and wellbeing
