The Overnight Front Desk Associate role at Planet Fitness is pivotal in delivering exceptional customer service during the overnight hours. This position involves welcoming members and guests as they enter and exit the club, addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and supporting the overall member experience in alignment with the brand's Judgement Free Zone® standards. Associates are the face of the club during their shifts, fostering positive interactions and motivating members on their fitness journeys. The role also includes administrative tasks such as conducting membership sign-ups, managing billing updates, processing cancellations, and handling retail transactions accurately to help meet sales targets.

Beyond customer service, the Overnight Front Desk Associate is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the club environment. This includes regular sanitization of exercise equipment and Black Card spa amenities, routine restroom upkeep, and ensuring the club complies with safety and maintenance protocols. Associates also perform comprehensive walkthroughs of the facility to address any safety or cleanliness issues promptly, escalating maintenance concerns as necessary.
