Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 6-12 months of customer service experience preferred
- must be 18 years or older
- ability to stand and move continually during shift
- ability to communicate effectively in person and on the phone
- ability to lift up to 75 pounds
- willingness to handle cleaning chemicals safely
- basic computer skills
- willingness to become CPR/AED certified
Job Qualifications
- 6-12 months of experience in a customer service environment is preferred
- must be 18 years of age or older
- willing to become CPR/AED certified with training provided
- basic computer proficiency
Job Duties
- Greet members and guests as they enter and exit the club
- assist members with questions or concerns during check-in
- promote the Judgement Free Zone® by connecting with members on the club floor and providing support
- resolve member concerns and escalate issues to a manager as needed
- answer phones and assist callers with inquiries
- perform membership functions such as sign-ups, billing updates, cancellations, and transfers
- conduct prospective member calls and tours by assessing membership needs
- execute retail transactions accurately and drive sales goals
- regularly clean and sanitize exercise equipment and Black Card spa amenities
- maintain cleanliness and stocking of restrooms
- perform comprehensive walkthroughs to identify and fix safety and cleanliness issues
- promptly address maintenance and facility concerns
