The Overnight Front Desk Agent role at LOTTE HOTEL SEATTLE is an integral position within the hotel’s operations, designed for hospitality professionals who are passionate, talented, and eager to contribute to a welcoming environment. Job Requirements
- Must be available to work flexible shifts including weekends, holidays, mornings, evenings, overnight shifts, and overtime as needed
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
- Previous guest room management experience preferred
- Experience using Opera property management system preferred
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to receive instructions and complete reports accurately
- Friendly, professional, and service oriented demeanor
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Balance and reconcile accounts from the day shift accurately and efficiently
- Complete overnight guest registrations and process guest check ins and check outs
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and inquiries
- Maintain accurate records and prepare reports as required
- Ensure all guest interactions meet hotel service standards
- Assist with front desk operations and overnight hotel procedures
