Job Duties
- Provide exceptional knowledge of food and beverage menu items including preparation methods
- Deliver food orders to guest rooms, ensuring timely and accurate service
- Attend to any special guest requests or dietary needs
- Check completed kitchen orders against the original guest orders for accuracy
- Break down, clean, and set-up room service tables, condiment set-ups, flatware, dishware, and side stations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of room service areas throughout the shift
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff, order takers, and guests to ensure seamless service delivery
