Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Six months or less of related experience
- Ability to follow instructions
- Ability to perform basic math
- Physical ability to perform medium work with lifting up to 40 pounds
- Ability to stand, walk, stoop, reach, push, pull, grasp, feel, and perform repetitive motions
- Visual clarity at different distances
- Adherence to personal hygiene and dress standards
- Availability to report to work as scheduled
- Successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Six months or less of similar or related experience
- Ability to follow written, verbal, or diagrammatic instructions
- Ability to perform simple addition and subtraction

Job Duties
- Provide prompt, efficient, and friendly customer service
- Smile and greet customers in a friendly manner
- Make an effort to learn customers' names and address them by name
- Answer the telephone promptly and provide helpful service
- Work with co-workers as a team to ensure customer satisfaction
- Prepare work area and equipment for donut finishing
- Remove frozen donuts and rolls and prepare for finishing
- Place Danish and cinnamon rolls in proof box
- Heat donuts and rolls in oven prior to glazing or icing
- Ice and garnish rolls for the donut case
- Review special orders and prepare as needed
- Clean work area
- Prepare icings and glazing area for the next day
- Maintain adherence to hygiene and dress guidelines
- Adhere to company policies and store guidelines
- Report to work when scheduled and on time
- Work with customers at the counter as necessary
- Assist in other store areas as needed
- Perform other job related duties and special projects as required
