Job Duties
- monitor the nightly dispatch schedule and trip progress
- track incoming flights and coordinate wake-up calls for morning chauffeurs
- adjust trips and schedules as needed to ensure timely vehicle arrivals
- handle incoming overnight calls and enter reservations
- provide quotes to clients
- respond professionally to emails and manage the dispatch inbox
- compose and send a dispatch report at the end of each shift
