Job Duties
- Lead the experience by checking in with guests and ensuring they are enjoying themselves
- Assist customers with ordering their favorite McDonald's menu items and provide menu recommendations
- Prepare and present delicious food according to quality standards
- Maintain a welcoming, friendly, and clean restaurant environment
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet operational goals and foster a positive work atmosphere
- Uphold food safety and hygiene standards throughout all tasks
- Support management and training initiatives as needed
