Job Description

Worth Ross Management Company (WRMC) is an award-winning leader in luxury multifamily and HOA management, known for delivering exceptional service, maintaining high standards, and creating welcoming communities where residents truly feel at home. Based in Downtown Austin near Republic Square in the Market District/Seaholm District, WRMC focuses on fostering environments that blend comfort, elegance, and outstanding resident experiences. We take pride in our dedicated teams who are the heart of our success, consistently upholding professionalism, attention to detail, and a genuine commitment to service excellence.

As a company, WRMC believes that the living experience extends beyond the physical space and is deeply rooted in the quality of interactions between residents and staff. Our mission is to build communities that residents are proud to call home and where a high level of resident satisfaction is achieved through responsive, thoughtful, and personalized service. With an emphasis on luxury multifamily living, we uphold a reputation for seamless management, superior customer care, and innovation in property services.

We are currently seeking a polished and service-oriented Concierge to join our luxury multifamily community team. This role centers around being the welcoming presence and trusted representative within the community, making a significant impact on resident experiences through attentive and refined service. The Concierge position is designed for a dedicated professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-touch service environment and values discretion and integrity. As the primary point of contact for residents, guests, and vendors, the Concierge will greet and assist with building access, deliver timely responses to inquiries or concerns, manage check-ins, and coordinate daily operational needs while ensuring privacy and professionalism at all times.

The work schedule is Monday through Friday from 11:30 PM to 8:00 AM with the expectation of covering one afternoon or evening shift per week, requiring flexibility and commitment. A strong ability to maintain confidentiality and provide calm, solution-oriented responses to resident needs and emergencies is essential. The Concierge will also utilize technology platforms such as BuildingLink to log activities, manage package deliveries, and support efficient communication.

This role is ideal for candidates who have high attention to detail, excellent interpersonal skills, and prior experience in hospitality, luxury residential or customer service roles. We provide a supportive environment that encourages team collaboration, responsiveness, and innovative ideas to enhance the overall resident experience. Joining WRMC means being part of a respected company dedicated to excellence in property management and resident care with outstanding benefits and opportunities for professional growth.
