Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in customer service or property management preferred
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- physical ability to perform required tasks including lifting and standing for extended periods
- ability to work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
- reliable transportation for occasional travel
- strong verbal and written communication skills
- willingness to be on call as needed for emergencies or support

Job Duties
- Greets prospects and residents as they enter the office or leasing area
- ensures the comfort of prospects and visitors while they wait
- answers phone calls and routes them to the appropriate team member
- maintains the guest suite schedule and ensures cleanliness and proper payment
- manages and coordinates loading dock and elevator schedules for move-ins and move-outs
- ensures clubhouse amenities are in tour condition prior to leasing office opening
- manages all package deliveries and notifies residents within 24 hours
- maintains tracking logs for equipment rentals and services
- assists with scheduling, planning, and organizing resident activities and programs
- keeps detailed information on local restaurants, shops, and delivery services
- maintains relationships with concierge vendors
