The Concierge role at Greystar’s Skyglass community is an exciting opportunity for a customer service-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The Concierge plays a pivotal role in delivering exceptional resident services and ensuring a welcoming and supportive atmosphere for both residents and prospects. This position involves organizing and coordinating a variety of resident programs, acting as an information resource related to local area services, and maintaining excellent communication and operational efficiency within the community. The Concierge is responsible for greeting residents and visitors, managing phone communications, maintaining facility schedules including guest suites and clubhouse amenities, handling package deliveries, and supporting resident events.

The position offers competitive hourly pay ranging from $22.00 to $24.25, supplemented by potential weekly, monthly, or quarterly bonus incentives based on performance. Additionally, Greystar provides housing discounts up to 40% at their communities, a cell phone allowance, and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance. Employees enjoy generous paid time off starting with 15 vacation days, 4 personal days, 10 sick days, and 11 paid holidays, plus a birthday day off after one year of service. Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Greets prospects and residents as they enter the office or leasing area
  • ensures the comfort of prospects and visitors while they wait
  • answers phone calls and routes them to the appropriate team member
  • maintains the guest suite schedule and ensures cleanliness and proper payment
  • manages and coordinates loading dock and elevator schedules for move-ins and move-outs
  • ensures clubhouse amenities are in tour condition prior to leasing office opening
  • manages all package deliveries and notifies residents within 24 hours
  • maintains tracking logs for equipment rentals and services
  • assists with scheduling, planning, and organizing resident activities and programs
  • keeps detailed information on local restaurants, shops, and delivery services
  • maintains relationships with concierge vendors
