Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- experience in commercial building or restaurant maintenance and cleaning
- proven ability to work any shift including late night and early morning hours in a fast-paced environment
- valid driver's license
- demonstrated capability to stand and walk for extended periods
- ability to lift bend reach and carry up to 25 pounds
- strong leadership and supervisory skills to manage overnight cleaning operations effectively
- excellent attention to detail
- proficiency in following health and safety guidelines
- ability to perform equipment maintenance and handle kitchen closing procedures
- competence in conducting final walkthroughs and completing documentation accurately
- capability to replace and clean filters and maintain logs and checklists efficiently
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Supervise and participate in the cleaning of kitchen and back-of-house areas ensuring all equipment is maintained to the highest standards
- prepare the kitchen for opening by ensuring all cleaning tasks are completed and areas are ready for use
- understand kitchen closing procedures ensuring all tasks are completed and documented accurately
- replace and clean filters maintaining logs and checklists to ensure compliance with health and safety guidelines
- follow and enforce health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for all staff
- clean and repair refrigerators freezers soda machines
- check hot line and equipment repair as needed
- coordinate with the team to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively during the overnight shift
- conduct final walkthroughs and documentation to ensure all cleaning and maintenance tasks have been completed
