Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior retail or customer service experience preferred
- Willingness to obtain Class C certification for UST fuel operations
- Ability to complete RBST training as required
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to maintain professional appearance according to company dress code
Job Qualifications

- Previous experience in retail or customer service preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively in a team environment
- Willingness to obtain Class C certification for UST fuel
- Completion of RBST training for tobacco and alcohol sales
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Job Duties
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting with purchases, inquiries, special requests, and concerns
- Complete assigned tasks from the daily checklist ensuring thoroughness
- Perform cleaning and merchandising duties on the sales floor
- Maintain a positive and helpful presence for guests
- Protect guest information following all security protocols
- Engage in proactive communication with staff and guests to foster a supportive environment
- Uphold brand standards including dress code, grooming, and hygiene
