Job Requirements
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Requires reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English
- Ability to work weekends, nights, overnight, and holidays

- Physical stamina to manage luggage and assist guests

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in English language reading, writing, and speaking
- Previous experience in hospitality or guest service roles is an asset
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, nights, and holidays
- Demonstrated commitment to customer service excellence
- Physical ability to handle luggage and stand for extended periods
Job Duties
- Greet guests arriving by private car, taxi, or limo by opening car doors and welcoming them to the hotel
- Assist guests descending from vehicles and managing their luggage unloading and tagging
- Issue appropriate valet parking tickets and direct guest cars with smooth traffic flow on the hotel drive
- Provide guests arriving on foot with verbal greetings and open hotel doors for all guests
- Direct guests to the Front Desk for check-in and transfer luggage to the Bell Staff
- Offer guests directions, recommendations, and information about local attractions
- Handle guest interactions professionally, accommodating special requests and resolving complaints
