This full-time Overnight Bell Attendant position is a pivotal role within the Guest Services team and is integral to maintaining the high standards for which Four Seasons is known. Working overnight hours, this role directly supports guests by providing personalized service such as greeting visitors with a friendly attitude, assisting with luggage during arrival and departure, delivering items to and from guest rooms, and managing the transportation of guest and hotel packages. The role also involves operating both manual and automatic vehicles, requiring a valid US driver’s license and a clean driving record.

Additional responsibilities include early morning newspaper delivery, shoe shining, assisting with room service orders, and maintaining the cleanliness and fueling of company vehicles. It also includes tasks traditionally associated with doormen, valet drivers, bellmen, and house car attendants, requiring a versatile and flexible approach. The ability to lift and carry heavy items—as much as 100 pounds—is essential, along with the capability to stand and walk for extended periods during overnight shifts.

Candidates for this position must be fluent in English, possess excellent communication skills, and have at least two years of related experience in a luxury hotel environment. Spanish language skills are considered a plus.
