Job Requirements
- Minimum two years of relevant experience
- Must be able to work overnight shifts
- Possess a valid US driver’s license and clean driving record
- Comfortable operating manual and automatic vehicles
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift and carry heavy items up to 100 pounds
- Strong communication skills
- Fluency in English
- Current work authorization in the US
- Spanish language skills preferred
Job Qualifications
- Minimum two years experience in a similar luxury hotel role
- Ability to work overnight shifts
- Current US driver’s license with clean driving record
- Comfortable driving manual and automatic vehicles
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to stand and walk for up to eight hours per shift
- Ability to lift and carry up to 100 pounds
- Good communication skills
- Fluency in English
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Spanish language skills a plus
Job Duties
- Work overnight and follow proper protocol in hotel overnight operations
- Deliver luggage to guest rooms upon check-in and collect luggage upon departure
- Valet guest vehicles in the garage and retrieve when requested
- Maintain records of stored luggage, package deliveries, and pick-ups according to Four Seasons standards
- Handle guest interactions professionally and accommodate special requests
- Assist guests with inquiries regarding hotel services, events, and directions
- Perform duties as needed including doorman, bellman, valet driver, or house car attendant
- Assist overnight MOD with guest requests
- Work professionally with co-workers and supervisors
- Perform duties related to seasonal equipment storage and delivery
- Run errands requiring local travel off the property
