Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous barista or food service experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, and overnight shifts
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Compliance with food safety regulations
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a barista or in a coffee shop preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of coffee preparation and equipment

Job Duties
- Prepare a wide range of coffee beverages including espresso, smoothies, and specialty drinks
- Prepare sandwiches and flatbreads as per menu standards
- Provide a welcoming and friendly environment for guests entering the Market Coffee Shop
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area and equipment
- Follow all food safety and hygiene standards
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of supplies
- Deliver exemplary customer service ensuring guest satisfaction
