Job Description

Dunkin' Donuts, founded in 1950 by Bill Rosenberg, has grown to become the world’s leading coffee and baked goods chain, serving over 3 million customers daily. Known for its diverse menu featuring 52 varieties of donuts, an array of coffee options, bagels, breakfast sandwiches, and other freshly prepared baked goods, Dunkin' has established itself as a beloved brand across the nation. The company operates through a network of locally owned and operated franchises, fostering a high-energy and fast-paced atmosphere where customer satisfaction and product quality are key priorities. Each franchise works closely with its community, upholding Dunkin's mission to keep America running and delivering exceptional food and beverage experiences to its diverse customer base.

The Dunkin' franchise team, known as the Tailgaters-Dunkin' team, offers an engaging and supportive workplace environment where team members receive valuable life skills from day one. Whether you are starting your career journey or aiming to grow within the food service industry, Dunkin' provides a welcoming platform supported by dedicated mentors who help employees navigate their personal and professional growth paths. This role is designed not only to impart industry-specific knowledge but also to help build essential skills that will benefit team members beyond their time with the company. The culture at Dunkin' values inclusivity and encourages applicants from all backgrounds, whether or not they are coffee enthusiasts.

As a Team Member, you will play a vital role in the day-to-day operations of the store, preparing food and beverages with care and precision. Your responsibilities will extend beyond typical barista duties to include unique aspects of the Tailgaters side of the business, offering broader exposure and growth opportunities. The overnight shift, running from 10 PM to 6 AM, involves greeting guests, assembling customer orders, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the workspace, stocking supplies for busy periods, and producing baked goods such as bagels and pastries. By contributing to these diverse tasks, you help ensure that each guest has a positive and efficient experience—encouraging repeat visits and sustaining the store's reputation.

The company offers both full-time and part-time positions with flexible scheduling to accommodate various needs and lifestyles. Employees enjoy a dynamic, fast-paced atmosphere where teamwork and community spirit are integral parts of daily work. Dunkin' prides itself on providing employees with comprehensive training programs and ongoing learning opportunities designed to enhance their skills and career progression. Those who demonstrate dedication and enthusiasm will find significant potential for advancement within the company. Additionally, the franchise supports employee educational pursuits through discounts in partnership with Southern New Hampshire University.

Importantly, the Dunkin' franchise emphasizes the value of its employees and strives to create a workplace where hardworking, reliable, and enthusiastic individuals can thrive. Competitive wages, free shift meals, and a team-oriented environment are key highlights of the work experience. As a member of the Dunkin' crew, you become part of a legacy that combines tradition with progress, contributing to a brand that customers trust and return to every day. This opportunity represents more than a job; it is a chance to grow professionally, develop life skills, and be part of a positive community dedicated to excellence in customer service and product quality.
