Job Requirements
- Able to lift 50+ lbs and stand/walk up to 8 hours
- able to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- 3+ years of supervisory experience in a bakery or food production environment
- strong knowledge of bread and pastry production including mixing, shaping, proofing, and baking
- understanding of GMP, food safety standards, and bakery equipment
- excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- clean driving record
- valid RI Food Safety Manager Certificate or ability to obtain
- bilingual in English/Spanish a plus
Job Qualifications
- 3+ years of supervisory experience in a bakery or food production environment

Job Duties
- Supervise and train overnight baking, packing, and delivery teams
- ensure product quality and consistency across all items
- schedule and manage staff, ensuring shift coverage and performance
- maintain sanitation and GMP standards, bakery cleanliness, and equipment
- support product development and seasonal offerings
- manage delivery logistics to cafes and wholesale partners
- use 7Shifts and internal tools to track performance and communicate daily updates
- partner with leadership on staffing, training, and operational improvements
