Job Duties
- Prepare and bake a variety of baked goods including donuts muffins and bagels always fresh always on time
- Follow Dunkin' recipes and quality standards with precision and consistency
- Operate commercial baking equipment safely and effectively
- Maintain a clean organized kitchen that meets health and safety standards
- Coordinate production timelines to ensure products are ready for the morning rush
- Communicate with your team to stay ahead of demand
- Support store success with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
