Job Requirements

Must be 18 years or older
Availability for overnight shifts including weekends starting as early as 3am
Ability to work part-time hours
Ability to follow detailed baking procedures
Capacity to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills
Basic math proficiency

Job Qualifications

Customer service experience preferably in food service restaurant grocery or retail settings
Experience baking and following recipes
Knowledge of dough preparation from scratch
Strong organizational skills
Good mathematical and time management skills
Ability to work well in a team environment

Job Duties

Produce high-quality bakery products according to Wegmans standards
Engage with customers to educate and offer meal solutions
Work efficiently and accurately during overnight shifts
Collaborate with the bakery team to support daytime operations
Follow established recipes and baking procedures
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the bakery work area
Monitor inventory levels and communicate needs to supervisors
