Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work early morning shifts from 2AM to 10AM Monday through Friday
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Flexibility to work on holidays if required
- Basic knowledge of baking techniques preferred
- Ability to follow safety and hygiene protocols

- Previous baking or culinary experience preferred

Job Duties
- Prepare and bake cakes according to company recipes and standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the baking area
- Monitor inventory and report supply needs
- Ensure consistent quality and presentation of all baked goods
- Follow health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with team members to meet bakery production goals
- Participate in training and development sessions
