Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- Able to operate restaurant equipment
- Guest focus with the ability to anticipate and exceed guest needs
- Passion for results with the ability to set targets and deliver commitments
- Strong problem solving and decision making skills based on analysis and judgment
Job Duties
- Hold themselves accountable for their responsibilities on their shift
- Work night, weekend, and holiday hours as required
- Adhere to schedule and arrive ready to work on time
- Maintain operations excellence to satisfy guests
- Follow brand standards and systems to deliver quality food and beverages
- Keep workstation clean and perform thorough cleaning of guest areas as directed
- Prepare all products according to appropriate recipes and procedures
- Comply with all procedures related to cash, cleanliness, food safety, and restaurant safety and security
- Adhere to all restaurant, brand, and franchisee policies
