The company serves a diverse range of industries including commercial offices, universities, airports, hospitals, data centers, manufacturing plants, distribution centers, and entertainment venues, operating over 350 offices across the United States, United Kingdom, Republic of Ireland, and other international locations. With a team comprising more than 100,000 professionals and an annual revenue nearing $8 billion, ABM is committed to improving the spaces and places that matter most.

ABM’s deep commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion is reflected in its status as an Equal Opportunity Employer, offering opportunities without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or veteran status. The company also ensures reasonable accommodations for individuals with disabilities and participates in the U.S. Department of Homeland Security E-Verify program to confirm employment eligibility. Moreover, ABM proudly supports military veterans, offering specialized world-class training and career advancement opportunities for those who have served.

The role of Cabin Cleaner at ABM is a vital part of ensuring top-quality passenger and crew experiences in the aviation industry. As a Cabin Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of aircraft interiors between flights, ensuring that every cabin is safe, comfortable, and welcoming. Your work supports the airline’s commitment to safety, passenger satisfaction, and operational efficiency. This entry-level position offers an excellent pathway for candidates entering or re-entering the workforce and those with limited experience or education.

In this role, you’ll perform detailed cleaning tasks including sanitizing seats, tray tables, overhead bins, and lavatories; vacuuming carpets; wiping down hard surfaces; removing trash from seat pockets and floors; and restocking necessary supplies such as paper products and soap. You will adhere strictly to all airline and TSA safety and security procedures to ensure compliance and security within the aircraft environment. Working efficiently within the tight turnaround times between flights is essential, highlighting the importance of time management and attention to detail.

This position pays $18.00 per hour and offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes options typically provided by ABM, accessible via the ABM Employee Benefits site. Candidates with prior cleaning or janitorial experience, especially those with aviation experience, are encouraged to apply but it is not a requirement. The company values those with a strong work ethic, a commitment to reliability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced operational setting. Applicants must be at least 18 years of age and preferably possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Joining ABM as a Cabin Cleaner means becoming part of a respected global team dedicated to delivering exceptional facility services. You will have opportunities to grow and benefit from ABM’s inclusive workplace culture, where every team member is empowered to contribute to a cleaner and more sustainable world. If you are motivated, dependable, and eager to contribute to an essential service in the aviation sector, this role can be a rewarding step forward in your career.
