We are currently seeking a motivated and driven B2B Sales Representative to expand our business in a designated territory. This position offers a dynamic work environment where you will engage in cold calling, networking, referrals, and in-person visits to qualify leads. Your ability to develop customized proposals and manage the entire sales process will be critical in meeting and surpassing monthly and quarterly sales targets. Collaboration is also key in this role, as you will work closely with service and operations teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new customers. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 0-2+ years of B2B sales experience
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Willingness to take coaching and feedback
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Reliable vehicle with required insurance
- Ability to travel within assigned territory
Job Qualifications
- 0-2+ years of B2B sales experience (uniform rental, industrial supply, waste management, safety gear, or janitorial services preferred)
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and managing a full sales cycle
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Willingness to take coaching and feedback
- Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and a reliable vehicle
- Comply with minimum auto insurance requirements per UniFirst's standards
Job Duties
- Prospect and qualify leads across a defined territory through cold calling, networking, referrals, and in-person visits

- Maintain and update CRM with accurate client information and activity
