- Bachelor’s degree or chef training at CIA or equivalent
- Experience in food service, restaurants, and/or sales
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to listen and understand customer needs
- Energetic and goal oriented
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Strong interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- Present Labatt’s unique business model to potential food-away-from-home customers
- Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to implementing a new customer relationship
- Build and maintain quality customer relations with the goal of forming long-lasting relationships
