Job Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1+ years selling in a customer-facing retail sales environment
- Valid drivers license
Job Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1+ years selling in a customer-facing retail sales environment
- 1+ years of experience in outside sales, commissioned sales, in-home sales, or related field preferred
- Capability to navigate various applications on an iPad preferred
- Demonstrated ability and desire to perform in high pressure, fast growth retail company environment preferred
- Established reputation as a high integrity top performer preferred
Job Duties
- Manage pre-qualified leads in a once-call-close environment
- Provide prospect customers options that align with their expressed home improvement needs
- Maintain CRM records and other customer-related documentation
- Ensure customers' understanding of all aspects of their home improvement projects including pricing, next steps, and lead times
- Serve as the liaison between customers and post-sale divisions regarding financing, contract changes, and quality assurance
- Stay current on industry trends, market trends, and competitor activity
