Job Requirements
- Ability and willingness to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays and late nights
- Ability to work on feet for eight hours or more
- Must be able to lift, push, reach for, carry 30 pounds frequently

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent experience
- Four-year college degree in hospitality preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 2-3 years of restaurant management or equivalent experience
- Luxury branded hospitality experience preferred
- New Mexico Food Handler Certification
- ServSafe Manager Certification
- Alcohol Server Certification
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of restaurant point of sale systems
Job Duties
- Oversee the food and beverage areas within the hotel
- Manage scheduling, payroll, forecasting, and training of staff
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and company operating procedures
- Set an above-average example of service by interacting with guests
- Plan, organize, control, and direct the work of food and beverage employees to ensure guest satisfaction
- Handle multiple tasks efficiently in a high-pressure environment
- Maintain reservation system accuracy and coordinate with kitchen staff
