The Server role at Seminole Gaming’s Rise Kitchen & Bakery is critical to enhancing the guest dining experience by providing attentive and hospitable service throughout the restaurant. This position is frontline, interacting directly with patrons to ensure that each guest feels welcomed and satisfied. Servers at the Rise Kitchen & Bakery contribute to the positive atmosphere and uphold the high standards of hospitality for which Seminole Gaming is known. They must maintain compliance with all Gaming Commission regulations as well as departmental policies. The role involves serving both food and beverages with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a commitment to guest satisfaction.
The ideal candidate for this role will have experience in high-volume service environments and be capable of delivering personalized and memorable entertainment through excellent customer interaction. This role requires individuals who are proactive, energetic, and able to thrive in a fast-paced casino floor environment with exposure to noise and a public setting. Strong communication skills, especially in English, are essential to effectively understand and meet guest needs. The job also demands physical stamina, including standing for long periods, walking, bending, and carrying weights up to 25 pounds. Candidates are expected to present themselves in a professional manner with an outgoing, enthusiastic personality that promotes positive guest and employee relations.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- one to two years of experience in a high volume service environment or equivalent
- ability to work in a fast-paced, noisy casino floor environment
- ability to communicate effectively in English
- ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and carry up to 25 pounds
- willingness to undergo background checks including credit, criminal, and drug screenings
