Job Duties

  • Approach all encounters with guests and team members in an attentive friendly courteous and service-oriented manner
  • Manage the labor costs of the departments while ensuring service excellence
  • Maintain high standards of service by developing the team to follow all service standards
  • Comply at all times with The London West Hollywood standards and regulations to encourage safe and efficient hotel operations
  • Manage recruitment coaching and corrective action process
  • Oversee all aspects of the daily operations of the hotel’s Food and Beverage outlets
  • Supervise all team members
  • Respond to guest complaints in a timely manner
  • Ensure preparation of required reports including payroll team members schedules quarterly actions plans
  • Monitor quality of service in Food and Beverage outlets
  • Assist in menu planning and preparation
  • Ensure compliance with all local liquor laws and health and sanitation regulations
  • Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures in all outlets
