Job Duties
- Approach all encounters with guests and team members in an attentive friendly courteous and service-oriented manner
- Manage the labor costs of the departments while ensuring service excellence
- Maintain high standards of service by developing the team to follow all service standards
- Comply at all times with The London West Hollywood standards and regulations to encourage safe and efficient hotel operations
- Manage recruitment coaching and corrective action process
- Oversee all aspects of the daily operations of the hotel’s Food and Beverage outlets
- Supervise all team members
- Respond to guest complaints in a timely manner
- Ensure preparation of required reports including payroll team members schedules quarterly actions plans
- Monitor quality of service in Food and Beverage outlets
- Assist in menu planning and preparation
- Ensure compliance with all local liquor laws and health and sanitation regulations
- Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures in all outlets
