We are currently seeking enthusiastic and personable Hosts to join our team. The Host position acts as the initial contact for all guests entering the establishment, setting the tone for their entire dining experience. Hosts are the first smile guests see and the first friendly voice they hear, making this role critical in ensuring an inviting atmosphere. This position is both dynamic and essential, requiring a blend of excellent communication skills, organizational ability, and a genuine passion for guest service.

The role of the Host goes beyond traditional greeting and seating duties. Hosts also serve as tour guides of the restaurant, communicators who inform guests about the menu and services, entertainers to create memorable moments, and caretakers who maintain a clean and welcoming environment. They greet guests warmly, manage seating arrangements efficiently during busy periods, and help manage the flow of guests to ensure a smooth and enjoyable dining experience. Additionally, Hosts play a part in the security and comfort of guests and staff, assisting in maintaining a safe environment.

Pay for this role ranges from $15 to $20 per hour, reflecting the importance of the position within our team. The job includes responsibilities such as opening doors to welcome guests where applicable, answering guests' questions in a polite and accurate manner, maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the waiting area, and answering phone inquiries with professionalism. Hosts also direct guests to appropriate areas and restrooms, support servers, bussers, and managers as needed, and perform various opening, closing, and side duties—such as cleaning glass, polishing brass, sweeping and vacuuming floors, and wiping menus.
