Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in logistics, warehouse, or outbound operations management
  • Experience managing teams and driving operational performance
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data to improve processes
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Ability to work Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST
  • Must be comfortable working in a large fulfillment center environment

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, logistics, supply chain management, or a related field preferred
  • Proven experience in warehouse management or outbound operations leadership
  • Strong understanding of KPIs, productivity metrics, and operational efficiency
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Proficiency in relevant warehouse management systems and software
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities and continuous improvement mindset
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and leadership

Job Duties

  • Oversee all processes and procedures for outbound operations including picking and packing
  • Ensure the picking and packing teams are staffed appropriately in order to operate at peak efficiency and complete all assigned tasks on a daily basis
  • Managing the work performance of each member of the outbound leadership team to ensure productivity standards and KPI metrics are consistently being met
  • Identifying, leading, and supporting continuous initiatives that improve customer service, accuracy, and productivity while reducing operating cost
  • Determining the root cause of process opportunities, addressing issues and piloting resolutions to standard
  • Partnering and communicating with management/leadership to ensure alignment of objectives, problem solve, provide operational updates, and develop new operational procedure and strategies
  • Delivering performance reviews and conducting monthly check-ins with each member of the outbound leadership team to establish rapport and provide feedback
