The position is for a dedicated Warehouse Driver who will be responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of finished goods from the production facility to various warehousing locations. This is a full-time role with a working schedule from Monday to Friday, 7 PM to 7 AM, designed for individuals comfortable with night shifts and who possess strong driving skills and warehouse operation experience. Starting pay ranges from $21.95 to $30.38 per hour depending on the candidate's experience, complemented by additional earning opportunities like performance-based incentives, quarterly bonuses, referral bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.

As a Warehouse Driver, you will play a crucial role in the supply chain process by ensuring the timely and secure delivery of products. You will be responsible for loading and unloading goods, operating forklifts and pallet jacks, conducting vehicle inspections, maintaining proper documentation in compliance with Department of Transportation (DOT) protocols, and ensuring that vehicles and equipment meet company standards. Candidates must be familiar with DOT regulations, possess a valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with an interstate designation, and have at least one year of commercial driving experience. This role requires diligence in paperwork and vehicle maintenance alongside physical stamina to manage warehouse equipment and finished goods handling.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • One to three years of general work experience
  • Ability to operate a two- or four-wheel dolly
  • Ability to operate all types of industrial power trucks
  • Familiarity with DOT regulations
  • Valid Class A CDL and driving record within MVR policy guidelines
  • Interstate designation on CDL
  • One plus years of commercial driving experience

Job Duties

  • Transport finished goods or raw materials between facilities
  • Load and unload goods using forklift or pallet jacks or connect or disconnect trailers at destination
  • Complete pre- and post-trip inspections as well as verify load and seal numbers
  • Maintain DOT time log, Bill of Lading, and other paperwork as required
  • Maintain vehicle, product and equipment to company standards
