Job Description
System Transport is a renowned transportation company specializing in flatbed trucking services across the western region of the United States. With a solid reputation for reliability and safety, System Transport is dedicated to delivering critical goods such as glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils, and specialty metals. They pride themselves on supporting a strong team of professional drivers who uphold the company’s commitment to quality service and safety standards. As a part of their expanding regional division 295, they are proactively hiring experienced CDL-A flatbed truck drivers who are ready for over-the-road (OTR) routes. This opportunity offers a competitive salary ranging from $46,956 to $82,940 per year, reflecting a pay package that rewards experience, dedication, and safety.
This role is designed for flatbed drivers with at least four months of driving experience who are motivated to join a company that values its employees through a comprehensive benefits package and supportive working conditions. Drivers will find themselves transporting a wide variety of valuable goods, often working with materials that require careful handling and expertise. The company’s accent on safety and professionalism ensures that all employees work within a secure and respectful environment. Benefits such as paid orientation, full medical, dental, vision, life insurance coverage, and a 401(k) plan with a company match make System Transport an attractive employer. The opportunity also includes accessorial pay such as tarp pay, stop pay, detention pay, border crossing pay, and safety bonuses, enhancing the overall earning potential.
New hires benefit from a paid orientation hosted in Spokane, Washington, which includes airfare, lodging, and meals provided by the company, signaling a significant investment in every driver’s success from the outset. The company fosters a positive culture wherein employees are supported with transition packages, employee assistance programs, and well-structured paid time off policies. While safety is paramount, the company also maintains policies that encourage a work-life balance, such as rider allowances for those aged 7 and above after 90 days of safe driving.
Overall, this position is ideal for drivers seeking a rewarding career with a stable company that offers growth, financial rewards, and a strong benefit profile. System Transport’s promise of being "America Proud, Flatbed Strong" resonates through its dedication to driver satisfaction and operational excellence. Candidates interested in joining are encouraged to apply promptly, as this opportunity is limited and competitively sought after. System Transport also emphasizes a fair and equitable hiring process, being an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to diversity and equality among its workforce.
